Vegetable Barbecue Couscous

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 package of frozen black beans, corn, broccoli, and red peppers
- 1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce
- couscous
Directions:
Make couscous according to package. Put frozen vegetables
in saucepan, add water to cover. Cook until tender,
probably 7 minutes. Drain vegetables. Put vegetables back
in pan, and cover with barbecue sauce. Heat and serve
vegetable mixture on top of couscous.
This was
pretty good, even
my non-veg husband liked it
Serves 4-6.
