Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Apple juice or soymilk 12 oz.
- One frozen banana
- Two heaping spoons of natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of Old Fashioned Raw Oats
Directions:
Throw all ingredients into the blender for about 2 minutes,
or until you have a smooth consistency.
Serves: 1
