Open-Faced Peanut Butter Pineapple Sandwich

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- slice of vegan bread
- peanut butter
- ring of pineapple
- American style soy cheese
Directions:
Super easy and really good! Lightly toast the vegan bread, spread
on the peanut butter, then lay a ring of pineapple on it.
Lastly, lay a piece of soy cheese (American style,
preferably one that melts). Pop it in the toaster oven or
broiler just long enough to melt the cheese.
Serves: 1
