1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salad oil
Food coloring
Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in heavy pan. Add water, oil and coloring. Heat on stove about 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from pan. Knead almost immediately. Store in airtight container or plastic bag. Keeps for several months.
