1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Food coloring
Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add the other ingredients. Cook until dough pulls away from side of pan. Knead a few times. Total time approximately 5 minutes. Store in a plastic covered container.
