1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring
Put all ingredients in pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like dough in consistency. Knead until cool. Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated.
