1 c. cornstarch
2 c. baking soda (1 lb. box)
1 3/4 c. water
Combine ingredients. Cook until thickened to dough like consistency. Turn mixture out on pastry board and knead. Keep in plastic bag. The finished art work may be painted when dry.
