Apple - Cinnamon Ornaments

4 oz. ground cinnamon
10 tbsp. applesauce
Combine cinnamon with applesauce. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Pierce with hole for hanging. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Watch to ensure that edges don't curl. Makes about 12 small ornaments. Very fragrant but definitely NOT EDIBLE (they aren't toxic, they just don't taste good).
