1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring of choice
Stir all ingredients in saucepan. Cook on medium fire, stirring constantly until dough pulls away from edges. Cool; store in airtight bag.
