Danes Favorite Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies

2 c. cornflakes, crushed
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 pkg. Sweet-One (sugar substitute)
Additional crushed cornflakes
Mix crushed cornflakes, peanut butter and Sweet-One together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in crushed cornflakes. Refrigerate.
