Carrot Cake With Pineapple

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. carrots, grated 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. nuts (optional) 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla
Cream oil, sugar and eggs together. Add pineapple and grated carrots and lastly the dry ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bake in a tube pan.
