Barbeque Sauce for Fish

1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. dry Vermouth
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 stick butter
Simmer a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup catsup. Brush over fish frequently. Excellent on salmon fillets. This is for outdoor grilling only. Yakima, WA
