Roasted Rosemary & Garlic Potatoes

2 lb potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1.5in wedges
1 tbl soy oil
1 tbl toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp crushed garlic
Mix together and place in a shallow tin. Cook uncovered at 300°F Turn occasionally.
Increase temperature to 400°F and cook for a further 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden
