Turkey Almond Salad

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups cooked turkey, diced
3/4 cup almonds, chopped
3/4 cup green seedless grapes, halved
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water. cool slightly and combine with mayonnaise, cream and salt. Fold in turkey, almonds and grapes. Chill until firm in mold or 2-quart Pyrex dish. Delicious luncheon dish with sliced tomatoes, pickled peaches and toasted cheese roll-ups.
Serves 6.
