Turkey Tacos

1 tbl. vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tbl. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups shredded turkey
12 taco shells
chopped:
lettuce
tomato
avocado
olives
Heat oil over med high heat in a large skillet. Add onion. Add onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water,chili powder, cumin and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in the turkey and cook until heated through.
Place 1/4 cup taco filling in each taco shell and top with 1 tablespoon each of the shredded cheese, avocado, lettuce and olives.
