3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice 3 diced, ripe bananas (the riper the better) 1 c. chopped nuts 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs
Stir all ingredients together with wooden spoon. DO NOT BEAT. Bake in tube pan or loaf pans at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Check with toothpick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
